Personal Training for menopausal women
For those of you looking for a more tailored approach to fitness during the menopause I do of course offer virtual 1-2-1 training packages, as well as face to face menopause personal training within the Surrey area.
Women in the perimenopause need to exercise in ways that will boost the metabolism, increase lean muscle mass and bone density and decrease stress. Working with me 1-2-1 we will create a programme that allows you to exercise in a ‘smart’ way. Creating the most effective programme for you and your individual needs.
I offer three different monthly packages (Gold, Silver and Bronze level). With training designed to guide clients through the peri/menopause journey in a holistic manner. Covering aspects including 1-2-1 training, home workouts, nutrition and self care.
